Experience: Karen Frazier has spent years educating others in one way or another. As a freelance writer, author, and public speaker, she shares educational articles and talks with her audience. Karen has provided educational services on both a corporate and individual level.
She designed and taught franchise training and wrote instruction manuals for the UBuildIt Franchise Corporation, developed and taught a train the personal trainer certification course, and spent many years teaching others about nutrition, health and fitness.
Karen has also taught children of all ages, working as a music tutor and youth choir director, volunteering in classrooms, coaching youth sports and Special Olympics, and teaching private music lessons. She attended college at Eastern Washington University, where she studied elementary music education.
Why teaching? Teaching is, for me, a way of connecting with others, sharing valuable information and skills, and learning from those I teach.
What’s your favorite subject? It’s a toss up between music, science, and English.
What subject did you hate in school? I hated history, but I’ve since realized what I hated was the way it was presented. Now, I love it.
