Jones International University offers the following MBA program with specialization in entrepreneurship:
MBA / Entrepreneurship
The MBA in Entrepreneurship specialization is designed to help equip students with the skills to launch a new business or function successfully in an established corporation that employs entrepreneurial management strategies. As students analyze business strategies and learn how to secure funding, students can also learn how to write business plans, develop marketing strategies, and examine potential markets ripe for entrepreneurial opportunities. The courses offered in this degree program are designed to help provide students with the opportunity to test models, theories, and strategies through a case-based learning approach.
At Jones International University, new classes begin each month, and admission applications to the degree program are accepted on a continuous basis throughout the year. Each course is offered in both an accelerated 8-week or traditional 12-week program. In addition, over 50 Professional and Executive Certificate programs are available through JIU, for people interested in increasing their knowledge in a specific career area.
JIU was the first fully online university to receive accreditation from The Higher Learning Commission, a member of the North Central Association, a United States regional accrediting agency.
